As a Coach I support clients in identifying and setting their OWN goals and work with them to develop strategies to achieve their goals. No-one else can tell you your goals, we figure out what is important to YOU and why.
Coaching is for the people who know what they should be doing but just can't seem to implement the changes they need to make over the long term. We dig deep into this but at the end of the day you need to be ready to take ACTION.
I believe that every one has the wisdom within them to make
positive changes to their lives, but life hurdles, and a lack of
confidence get in the way. It's time to take control!
As a Coach I hold space for my clients to make empowering decisions for themselves, develop skills to take their power back, and provide accountability for my clients until they can feel accountable for themselves. With ZERO judgement - I am a completely impartial sounding board!
Coaching is a conversation based approach to identify challenges and blind spots that have held clients back in the past, and then develop strategies to overcome these challenges.
I support clients to make small, manageable changes without the overwhelm. This is oh so important in achieving and maintaining results!
One on one Coaching works over a minimum of three months and sometime up to a year depending on the clients wants and needs. A minimum of three months is required because lasting change takes time, and over three months we can start to see patterns in behaviour.
At the end of the day my goal is to empower YOU to realise that YOU are YOUR own experts on YOUR individual body, mind and life!
Because you are the expert on yourself! It's time to OWN IT!
However, coaching is not for everyone! As a client in a coaching relationship you must be ready to take action and ownership, focus on what you can do and not what you can't do.
